Crypto Billing

Invoices with one or more crypto payment options, a hosted checkout and website widget, refunds to the payer, payouts to your customers and signed webhooks — settled to your balance, your wallets or a saved split.

What is included

Invoices

Price an invoice in crypto or in a fiat currency and choose the coins the payer may use (for example USDT on Tron and USDC on Base). Every invoice gets a Transaction ID (TRX-…) that you, your customer and support can quote. Your own order number goes in Merchant order ID: sending the same order again while its invoice is open returns that invoice instead of a second one.

Hosted checkout and widget

A payer-facing page served by the platform (amount, address, QR code, payment URI, live status), or the same checkout inside your website with the checkout widget.

Payment links

Every invoice and split session has a shareable URL. Send it in an email, a chat, or embed the status endpoint in your own page.

Webhooks

Signed events (HMAC-SHA256) for every change: paid, underpaid, paid late, refunds, payouts and settlements, with retries, replay and key rotation.

Receipts

A printable receipt per fulfilled invoice listing the deposit transaction hashes and confirmed amounts.

Settlement

Your share of each payment goes to your balance and is withdrawn when you ask (the default), or is sent per invoice or once a day, to your saved settlement wallets or through a splitter. The commission and the fixed fee per invoice are taken automatically.

Refunds

Refund a payment to the address that paid it, up to the amount paid, from your balance.

Payouts

Pay your customers from a separate payout wallet, by default only to addresses that paid you before.

Partial, late and over payments

Crypto payers make mistakes: they send in two parts, they send after the invoice expired, or they round up. The platform handles each case conservatively and tells you what happened.

Partial payment
Confirmed amounts accumulate while the invoice is open (partially_paid). If it expires with a confirmed partial payment it is closed as underpaid: the money is held, you are notified, and you accept it (the invoice becomes paid) or refund it.
Late payment
Money that arrives after expiry or cancellation is held. If it covers the invoice the invoice is paid_late, otherwise underpaid; you are notified by webhook and email and decide: accept or refund.
Over payment / second option paid
The excess, or a payment on a second option, is held for you to refund or accept.

Pricing in fiat

Invoices can be denominated in a fiat currency and quoted in crypto at creation time. This requires the operator to configure a price source; without one, invoices are crypto-denominated only. Quotes carry an explicit validity window, and the confirmed crypto amount — not the fiat figure — is what the ledger records.

Refunds

A refund goes back to the address that paid the invoice, once per invoice and up to the amount paid (fiat-priced invoices: up to the fiat amount paid, converted at the current rate). It is paid from your balance; if the balance is short the refund waits and is sent automatically once it suffices. Amounts already distributed through a split cannot be clawed back from recipients.

Confirmation policy

An invoice is fulfilled only by confirmed funds under the network's confirmation or finality rule, listed per network on the supported assets page. Checkout shows the payer how many confirmations remain.
