Pricing

One commission on settled payments. Network costs shown separately.

No subscriptions or seat fees. The platform takes a percentage of each payment when it is settled and, on Crypto Billing invoices, a small fixed fee per paid invoice.

Default platform commission

1.00%

100 basis points per settled deposit, deducted before recipients are paid.

Plus 0.25 USD per paid invoice (Crypto Billing), charged in the asset the customer pays with at the rate when the invoice is created (stablecoins 1:1).

  • Applies to Crypto Splitter and Crypto Billing settlements alike
  • Frozen into a fee snapshot when a split or invoice is created
  • Computed identically in the sandbox, so previews on testnet funds are realistic

Merchant-specific rates may be configured by the operator. If your account has one, it is shown in the fee preview before activation and in GET /api/v1/fee-policy.

Worked example

A 100 USDT deposit, a 1.00% commission, and two recipients at 60% and 40%. Amounts are exact to the asset's six decimals. Gas for the three USDT transfers comes from the TRX or ETH budget and is not in this table.

LineBasisUSDT
Confirmed deposit100 × 1100.000000
Platform commission100 × 1.00%− 1.000000
Distributable100 − 199.000000
Recipient A99 × 60.00%59.400000
Recipient B99 × 40.00%39.600000

Rounding is done in the asset's smallest unit; any remainder from percentage rounding is assigned deterministically so that the transfers always sum to the distributable amount. The exact figures are shown in the settlement record and in the settlements API (transfers[]).

A Crypto Billing invoice also pays the fixed fee: a 100 USDT invoice at 1.00 % and a 0.25 USD fixed fee pays 1.250000 USDT in total to the platform.

Network costs

What they are

Gas (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One, Polygon), energy/bandwidth (Tron) and miner fees (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash) charged by the network for each transfer. How many transfers a payment needs depends on the settlement schedule: on request (the default) one transfer into your balance per invoice and one per withdrawal; per invoice your transfer plus the commission transfer; daily one move per invoice plus one daily transfer.

How they are paid

Tokens (USDT, USDC): the platform pays the gas in the network's coin (ETH, TRX, POL) from its gas pool and charges the estimated cost of every transfer as a network fee in the token, listed as its own line before distribution; recipients then get their exact percentages of the rest. Native coins (BTC, BCH, ETH, TRX): the estimated cost of all transfers is reserved from the deposit and listed as its own line before distribution. In both cases an estimate is shown before activation, and a settlement waits in awaiting_resources rather than failing if resources run short.

Network costs vary with congestion and are outside anyone's control. Figures shown in the dashboard are estimates at the time of display.
